1826 Thomas Shaw Sterling Silver Vinaigrette $350

$350.00

Thomas Shaw is a very notable maker of snuff boxes and vinaigrettes. He worked in Birmingham in the late Georgian period. This vinaigrette is 1826: George IVth. The grille is fine, and the jump ring on it makes it useful as a pendant.

Must be good!: the National Gallery Of Victoria features a Thomas Shaw vinaigrette in its collection. Accession nr 1663-D3 acquired in 1914.

The box is tiny: 25mm by 16 mm by 10mm.
