40 YEARS SALE! French Directoire/Louis XVI C1795 Gambling Chair

$1,100.00 was $1950

13/40! We've been selling antiques in Melbourne since 1979, so in 2019 we are offering our customers 40 random objects (10 per quarter) at dramatically reduced prices (roll of the dice!): usually way, way below cost. The drawback? No lay bys or storage on these items, I am afraid. Credit card, transfer or cash all equally acceptable.

Was $1950 now $1100

French, now upholstered in yellow lampas with a down cushion. This resembles a prie dieu, a praying chair, and is used the same way: one kneels on thee chair with arms on the padded back. However, the vouyeuse was made to allow spectators at card tables to enjoy their friends' gambling. Perfect now for hanging one's Armani suit at night, and sitting low to tie difficult shoe laces.

92cm tall,  61cm deep and  55cm wide.
