C1766, London Sterling Silver Salver Tray by Elizabeth Cooke


A robust three footed Georgian salver at 890 grams, this is a fine pice of Rococo silver form the 1760s. It is 31 cm in diameter. It also has the magic of being from the Lady silversmith, Elizabeth Cooke. Hallmarked for London 1766, the salver is engraved with Rococo imagery including C scrolls and birds.
