C1870 Set of 9 Pierced Edge Hand Painted Cake Plates

Probably German, influenced by Meissen, these plates have complex pierced edges, relieved by three reserved which contain paintings of birds with a twig. The central medallion is painted with a spray of silver flowers with gold stems and leaves and a gold and silver butterfly. The central reserve has red dentil border. I don't think I have ever seen this silver and gold scheme before. Diameter 18 cm.
