C1900 Grand Tour Bronze Statue of the Spinario

$440.00 of Classical beauty

Standing 11 cm tall, this bronze figure is after the first century Roman bronze now in the Palazzo dei Conservatori in Rome. This ancient bronze has remarkably been continuously accessible since Roman times, and never lost and excavated. It is itself after an Hellenistic marble original. The "boy with thorn" is also known as Fidele. Bronzes are wonderfully durable. They last thousands of years in the open. Buy this and pass it down as an heirloom for the next 20 generations.
