This diamond cluster ring has a central large rose cut stone, surrounded by eleven rose and old cut diamonds. As the stones are set in yellow 14 ct gold, marked 14K, we assume the ring is comparatively recent. Antique rings would usually have the diamonds set in silver, and younger antique (over 100 years old, legally)  and vintage rings would have white gold or platinum settings for the stones. The stones will be old ones, reused.
