C1760 French Louis XV Bronze Candlesticks $975Pr

These charming candlesticks; 18th century French, (for which I have an obsession) have an excellent pinkish bronze patina. They are about 1760, at the change between Louis XV and XVI. This pair is 23 cm tall. We have several pairs of 18th century French brass and bronze candlesticks in the shop, as well as some singles. Many have been polished and lacqered, as they were originally, so they never need polishing, only a light periodic dust. This pair needs only dusting, or, at most , some wax: never polish these with metal cleaner!
